The quality of your imprint depends upon the quality of artwork supplied to us!
All orders must submit artwork. The creation of logos and images may attract additional fees. Artwork can be submitted via E-Mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Whether you are Mac or PC based, we are able to accept your graphic files if you meet the requirements listed. To ensure this and avoid delays or additional art charges please adhere to our specifications.
NOTE: OUR DELIVERY SCHEDULE MAY DEPEND ON THE QUALITY OF THE ARTWORK SUBMITTED AND UPON ANY CHANGES MADE TO THE ARTWORK ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN WORKED ON.
Artwork can be accepted from the following programs:
Photoshop - All EPS, TIFF, JPEG files (layered if possible)
They must be 600 dpi or higher at 100% of final size or larger.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT: Gif files, Page layout files such as Quark or Pagemaker, Word processing documents such as MS Word/Power Point, Photocopies or photocopies, business cards, letterheads, fax transmissions, etc. (These formats are too low of a quality to ensure a quality imprint.)
Note: Artworks can be submitted as a jpeg or png image. Vector Art is preferred. It provides the best quality and allows images to be resized without loss of sharpness and detail.
If scanned images are used with artwork, they MUST be sent as a separate file scanned at 600 dpi or higher. (If not actual size, scan at a higher resolution. This will prevent loss of quality.)
Upon receiving your artwork, our team will convert the image into a printable version. Some images will be modified. Shadows and gradients are not compatible with screen printing and will be removed from artworks. After our artist has converted your image, an approval form will be emailed for approval from the customer. This form must be checked for errors, phone numbers, and spellings. Once the form is signed and approved and resent to our office, production will begin. Any delays in approval will delay when production can begin. Errors found after production has begun will not be held responsible by Econ Enterprise Ltd. We encourage all customers to please take care when approving artwork. Any changes made after an error will attract a new setup charge.

For images to be compatible with embroidery, they are processed using digitization. This transforms the image into thread count. Please note that embroidery quality will be determined by the quality of the image that is sent. Fine lines and some cursive fonts are not able to be embroidered. As such, your logo may have to be modified to be compatible with embroidery. This includes but is not limited to changes in fonts, images changes, and color changes.
