  • When am I charged a setup charge?
    A setup charge is only charged for new orders on each product type and if an artwork is changed or adjusted in any way. Once an artwork has changed, a new screen will have to be made.
  • Do you offer delivery?
    We do not currently offer delivery, but you may contact any local courier service for pickup options. We do however provide complimentary drop offs to Knutsford Express every Tuesday and Thursday. Charges by Knutsford Express for the transportation of packages are calculated by Knutsford Express and are not associated with Econ Enterprise. If you are in need of your goods outside of the Knutsford drop off days then you will need to contact a courier to pickup. If you are located outside of Kingston, your order can be sent via courier. Prices are determined by the courier service and payment will be held at the responsibility of the customer.
  • Can I provide my own products?
    Yes! We can print on your own products, however, our team will have to see your product first. There may be some products that have distorted surfaces that are not printable. Be sure to contact our office for more information.
  • What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) ?
    You can find our MOQ on each product page listed here on our website. Note, that each product has a different minimum quantity.
  • What is your processing time?
    Our order processing time estimate is between 5-10 working days. Within this, your artwork may be processed within 2 working days depending on work load. Upon approval of your artwork it will be within 3-7 working days for your order to be completed. For large orders, please allow us up to 10 working days or more to process your order. Please note that during high traffic periods, processing times may differ. It is important to communicate your deadline to our team if your product is needed by a specific date. This is especially releveant during the Christmas season.
  • Do you offer rush orders?
    Yes we do! We can prepare your order for your deadline. Please be sure to let our team know if you order is a rush order and we'll have it on the way as soon as possible. Rush Charges: 10% - within 4 days 15%- within 3 days 20%- within 2 days It is important that all information and artworks are provided as soon as possible so we can escalate your order.
  • Can I contact you via Whats App?

  • Where are you located?
    Our office is located on Slipe Road in the Crossroads area. We are located across the road from Rainforest Seafoods. Turn into the Petcom Gas Station and we are lcoated in the plaza in the back.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept: -cash -all local debit cards -all local credit cards -online bank transfers (For our bank information, please contact our office) -company cheques (This is only upon approval from our office) Please be sure to contact our offices for more information. We do not accept international debit or credit cards and personal cheques.
  • What is a setup charge?
    Setup charge is a fee that is charged to new clients and/ or new artworks on each product type. This fee includes the cost to prepare and design your graphics and to create your screen. Repeat orders are not charged a setup charge once the artwork has not been changed. If you have corrections or adjustments to be made to an artwork be sure to notify our team before you approve your artwork as any changes after approval may require a new setup charge. Changes to artwork cannot be made after approval.
