Thank you for choosing Econ Enterprise for your printing needs. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you.

Our return policy is as follows:

Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will work with you to either replace the defective product or issue a refund. Please note that due to the nature of print colors, there may be slight variations in color from one print run to another. We cannot guarantee an exact color match for reprints, but we will do our best to provide a similar color option.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will work with you to either replace the incorrect order or issue a refund. If the incorrect order was due to a mistake in print color, we will do our best to provide a similar color option.
Customer Error: If you made an error in your order (e.g. misspelled name, wrong size, etc.), we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for these items. Please carefully review your order before submitting it.
Custom Orders: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for custom orders. These orders are specifically made for you and may include specific print colors and cannot be resold. that.
Courier/ Delivery Costs: We do not refund shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g. defective product, incorrect order).
Assorted Colors: Items sold as assorted colors may vary from one set to another. We cannot guarantee a specific assortment of colors or that each set will contain the same colors. Items are not returning due the coloring of a product. Please request specific colors to our team before your order is processed. Orders without a specified color set will be assorted at our discretion and cannot be returned.
Print Colors: We offer print colors requested by customers and may also use print colors at our discretion. If a customer requests a specific print color, we will do our best to accommodate the request. However, we cannot guarantee an exact match to the requested color due to variations in printing processes and materials. If we use print colors at our discretion, we will select colors that we believe will best complement the design and product type.

All returns or exchanges are subject to our discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 876-995-4686. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
